This depends on the state you are residing in. Each state has different requirements which also determine how long it takes to get your Broker’s license.
Do I need to have a Broker’s license to get started with Sellstate?
We highly recommend obtaining your Broker’s license before getting started so your onboarding goes much faster, however, you are able to use a Broker of Record to get started as well.
